Hanover, 03 December 2007 – Two experienced software and systems companies based in Switzerland have joined the Semiramis partner network. FLEXSYSTEMS AG from Rheineck will be a Semiramis solution partner for the food and beverage industry, equipment manufacturing industry and technical wholesale industry. FLEXSYSTEMS works in close cooperation with solutions provider Soreco AG, whose industry-independent applications and business process management solutions combine with Semiramis to form a comprehensive solution platform that can be fully tailored to customer requirements. 

Munich, 15. November 2007 – SoftM has received a bonus from the liquidator of the bankrupt KTW Software & Consulting GmbH for acquiring KTW's assets in the Semiramis business division. With support from the Bank fur Tyrol und Vorarlberg AG (BTV) as its financing partner, SoftM has set up a subsidiary, SoftM Solutions GmbH, at the former KTW site in Kirchbichl. SoftM will be employing a sizeable number of KTW's employees in this company. Some of the former company's buildings will also be used.

SoftM Software und Beratung AG (ISIN:DE0007249104), Munich has announced that it received this evening the approval of the bankruptcy trustee to take over the Semiramis business of KTW Software & Consulting GmbH, Kirchbichl/Austria, which is presently in bankruptcy proceedings. These are all assets which are needed for the comprehensive support of all Semiramis customers of KTW. Subject to the agreement of the committee of creditors the contract will be signed in the next few days.

Hanover, 30.10.2007 – In the past few weeks a number of medium-sized companies have decided to introduce the ERP Semiramis II software. The modern technology and user-friendliness stood out just like the optimal support of the web-based system for interaction with the supply chain. Semiramis will be introduced at Schwer Fittings, TiRus, ABNOX and Dr. Liebe by Semramis partners Cosus, A-MEA and SteinhilberSchwehr.

Hannover, 01.10.2007 – The Semiramis ERP II software in its latest version (4.3), offering a number of functional and technical innovations, will be presented at Systems 2007, to take place between 23 and 26 October in Munich. For the first time ever, the new Semiramis accounting system will be previewed at Systems. This will be available for Semiramis in spring 2008 with the forthcoming version. Solutions offered by Semiramis partners KTW, SoftM, SteinhilberSchwer, Swing and update will also be on display on the Semiramis stand in Hall A1/327. The partners will present industry solutions and add-ons branded as "Semiramis Inside".

Hanover, 25 July 2007 – The Benchpark.com portal generates a market comparison of ERP software providers from the evaluations and reports of accredited participants. In the market comparison for the second quarter of 2007, the ERP II software Semiramis from SoftM Semiramis GmbH & Co. KG ranked in the top three of the systems analysed, all three of which were classed as ‘very good’. In the continually updated Internet portal, Semiramis now tops the ranking for ERP software providers for SMEs in Germany.

Hannover, 16 May, 2007  – The vom Hofe Group of Altena, Germany; designfunktion GmbH of Munich, Germany; and Greenwood Trading AG of Pfäffikon, Switzerland, have all decided to use Semiramis. The principal reasons for their choice of the Semiramis ERP2 system were its highly modern technological and ergonomical features, as well as the opportunities it affords in terms of flexible process design. These new customers were signed by the Semiramis sales partners A-MEA, Baumgart, Kegelmann and SoftM.

Hanover, 15.03.2007 – By working with partners, SoftM Semiramis GmbH & Co. KG is aiming to boost its development of industrial solutions based on the ERPII software Semiramis. A new industry solution has been announced by Semiramis’ partner SteinhilberSchwehr – StS Automotive, a solution for subcontractors to the automotive industry. At the same time, Semiramis’ partner KTW is showing new add-ons, frameworks and industry solutions for Semiramis at CeBIT. A joint venture to create industry solutions in the field of variant-oriented manufacturing has been established by Semiramis’ partners SWING Consulting and update Solutions. Already available and in use by many customers are the Semiramis-based solution from ImPuls for the clothing industry and that from SteinhilberSchwehr for the drinks industry.
