Shenzhen, 18/11/2009 – Comarch and SoftM have signed a cooperation agreement today with Eternal (EA), a well-known Chinese supplier of services and outsourcing for supply chain management.EA will add the Comarch Semiramis ERPII software package to its portfolio. The SCM specialist with some 1,000 employees and over 30 sites in the top Chinese industrial regions, in several countries in Asia and Europe as well as in America, Australia and Africa will offer Comarch Semiramis both as an on-premises solution and a hosted on-demand solution.

Munich, 19/10/2009 – Every quarter, the B2B rating platform Benchpark.com performs a market comparison on ERP software providers. As in the first two quarters of 2009, Comarch Semiramis took first place once again in the market comparison for the third quarter of 2009 for ERP projects of €100,000 to €499,999 and was rated "very good".

Munich, 28/09/2009 – Following the merger of Comarch and SoftM in November 2008, the two companies’ solutions portfolios have been combined. The market position of this joint range of solutions will now be further strengthened through a clear brand focus. In future, all products will be marketed under the single label of "Comarch".

Munich, 25/09/2009 – Comarch and SoftM are now targeting the Chinese market with their Semiramis ERPII software solution. With the help of consultancy firm SSEA, four well-known Chinese software and systems companies have been brought on board as Semiramis solution partners. License revenue is already being generated with Semiramis in  this year.

Hanover, 28/07/2009 – SoftM Semiramis has new clients on its books for June, as was the case in May. Despite the economic downturn, six SMEs have opted to implement the ERPII system. These sales were achieved by SoftM itself as well as partners ImPuls, Polynorm, PowerSource and SteinhilberSchwehr.

Munich, 16/07/2009 – SoftM AG, Munich and Comarch Software AG,  presented a new electronic data interchange (EDI) solution at a press conference in  today. The ECOD EDI solution has set new standards with its flexible technology, full service and reasonable price. It will spare customers the usual effort involved in EDI implementation, upgrading and administration, whilst considerably reducing costs. ECOD will be offered as an integrated solution for the SoftM Semiramis and SoftM Suite ERP systems and as a service for companies with third party systems.

Hanover, 05/29/2009 - In recent weeks, seven medium-sized companies in Germany and Switzerland have chosen to use SoftM Semiramis, the ERPII software. The new customers were acquired by SoftM itself as well as its sales partners PowerSource, SteinhilberSchwehr, update Solutions and SWING.

Munich, 7 May 2009: While SMEs differ very little from large corporations regarding their requirements on ERP software, there are significant differences in terms of resources and budget. According to an analysis by Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC) and SoftM, ERP systems should support SMEs in a manner that combines agility and quickness with reasonable costs. While providing high flexibility, the solutions’ maintainability must also be ensured.

Hanover, 31/03/2009 – Students at the Universities of Dresden, Koblenz and Münster were given an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the features of modern ERPII systems in the winter semester last year. As part of a project, they worked closely with the functionalities of these systems for the whole semester in a simulated company. The imaginary company was the basis of a case study in which the budding business IT experts got to grips with SoftM Semiramis and other ERP systems. During the exercise, a competition was staged to establish who had the best knowledge of the system.
