Comarch ERP Enterprise’ self-developed document management contains all important functions and, in addition, provides integration with Microsoft Office through the support of the WebDAV standard. The following options are among those available to you.

  • Create documents in Comarch ERP Enterprise or import them from outside
  • Documents created in Comarch ERP Enterprise can be post-processed as Word or RTF files
  • Any formats through MIME types (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions)
  • Files and graphics, e.g., for items, can be stored, therefore enabling product data management

  • Classifications, user-defined fields for indexing
  • Easy access to documents, e.g., through context menu

  • Formatted texts (HTML format) through integrated text editor
